Micro Astrology

 

Reverend Shri S.P. Khullar, I.T.S. G.M. Telecommunications (Rtd.), is one of those rare persons who has glorified astrology and given it a new dimension.  His works are rare treatise to astrology. His propounded Cuspal Interlink Theory is so original, unique and unadulterated.  Simultaneously, it is deeply rooted in the very concept of True Astrology.  It may seem contradictory to someone but in reality it is indicative of the fact that there is treasure hidden in astrology but there is dire scarcity of brilliant research minded person like Shri Khullar to unearth the treasure of true astrological knowledge.    His approach to astrology is very scientific, systematic, rational and uniquely different.   His astrological reasoning is exceptionally far ahead.  As a human being he is simply superb.  As a Guru he is wonderful.  His teaching art is such that touches directly the understanding faculty of any serious student of astrology.   His greatness lies within his modesty.

The wonderful feature of Khullar System of Astrology is its universal application which necessarily has replication capability like other science and in expression theories and predictions are almost of mathematical nature - there is very few scope of ambiguity. The golden rules “star proposes and sub disposes” and “star indicates involvement and sub commitment” are backbone of the KCILT.  He always emphasizes that every individual is unique so on horoscope level this uniqueness should be prominent which can be obtained by rectification of horoscope and time of birth only. The principle of Birth Time Rectification is full of authenticity.   Transit theory is bereft of complexity and is very demonstrative in showing the transiting planets' agreement with the promise in the horoscope. CIL based Horary Astrology is an important aid to meet the requirement of astrologers as well as querists.  Developed Ruling Planets (RPs) Theory is quite helpful tool. In nutshell, Khullar System of Astrology begins to work from that point, where other system of astrology ends to function.
