2.    You must understand that astrology is an evolving body of knowledge, with experiences and original research being contributed by astrologers from around the world. Any data, interpretation, prediction or information in any form received through microastrology.com should not be treated as substitute for advice or treatment you would normally receive from medical professionals, financial advisors, legal consultants and other such licensed services.  Astrological counseling offered through microastrology.com is based on cumulative or individual knowledge, experience and interpretations of astrologers and as such it may vary from one astrologer to another.

3.    As far as it is concerned with astrology predictions / forecasts given by the astrologer(s) at Microastrology.com, you must not take it as ultimate truth and we never or in no ways assure you about our quality, authencity or accuracy.  Our predictions are based on study of planetary movements and their positions done in the evolving astrology systems in India.  Further, it is quite possible that our predictions / astrological suggestion may go wrong or vary from other astrologers.  Our astrologers predict on the basis of their best knowledge, competency and experience in this field.

4.    You follow our astrology remedies or predictions or suggestions, it’s you own choice, we do not exert any force or pressure on you in any way.  Neither astrologer(s) nor microastrology.com website is liable for any kind of loss faced in case of observing any recommended astrology remedies and following predictions / forecasts / suggestions given by the astrologer(s) of microastrology.com.  You must understand clearly that what you follow (the above said astrology remedies, predictions, suggestions etc) is your sole discretion, decision & responsibility and microastrology.com or its astrologer does not put any force, pressure, influence or coercion on you.  Thus, in no ways microastrology.com or its astrologers are responsible, if you face any bad consequences.

5.    You visit or submit your query or ask from astrologer(s) at microastrology.com, it is your own wish or will.  Likewise, whatever you donate us at microastrology.com or in the bank account of Smt. Asmita Kumari, is your own wish or will, there is no pressure on you from our side for the same. 

6.    Payment / Donation is your own decision. Refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances on the order of any astrology consultancy, once it reaches the “processing” (Allocated to astrologer) stage. You are requested to order carefully and with full consideration.  All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by microastrology.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable. Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a singular order.

7.    Microastrology.com does not promote any kind of fraud activities nor is this site for the purpose of misguiding you in any manner. So, whatever you pay or donate here is no any way subject of either any legality or declaration of any kind of fraudulent act on our part – It is just your faith on astrology and reverence to the astrologer(s) at microastrology.com.  Therefore, before making any payment or donation to us, take your own time and think one, two or more times.  IF YOU HAVE NO FAITH ON ASTROLOGY OR REVERENCE TO ASTROLOGER(S), DO NOT PAY EVEN A SINGLE PENNY. 

8.    Microastrology.com stands no warranties and is not liable to be held responsible for any prediction, opinion, remedy or e-commerce products displayed in the website and its viability. 

9.    Any type of Legal Claim shall not be limited to any amounts you may have paid to microastrology.com and microastrology.com shall have no Liability.  To the extent permitted by applicable Law, in no event / circumstance will microastrology.com be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, multiple, punitive or similar damages

10.    In no event microastrology.com will be liable to any site visitors or any third party, for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising from operation or inability to operate the microastrology.com web site, downloads of templates, products or external links and affiliate sites. We make no representations concerning the content of such sites. For that reason, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in sites via external links or otherwise linked to by microastrology.com.

The spiritual and material benefits stated with respect to various astrological forecasts, mantras, poojas, yantras, or other products and services listed on the site are as per the various ancient Indian scriptures and as the socio-economic-religious circumstances have changed a lot since then, microastrology.com will never be held responsible for non fructification of the stated results.

12.    By choosing to use microastrology.com, you agree to indemnify it, its officers, agents, partners, and employees from any and all claims or damage, including any fees, made by third parties due to, or arising out of, content you choose to submit or access; or from your use of our services, your violation of the Terms of Use or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The Terms of Use will inure to the benefits of microastrology.com successors, assigns and licensees.

13.    In relation to privacy, microastrology.com ensures complete confidentiality of the customer’s identity, birth details and the prediction details. Microastrology.com further ensures that no use will be made of the information that may come to the knowledge of the management of the site or revealed in the horoscope of the customer. Such information will only be used to communicate to the customer or will be retained in the databank for referencing purpose if you may need to consult in future.

14.    Due to technical or other problem, it is quite possible that there may be inordinate delay on our part.  In such case you should call on the given phone number in relation to your query. 

15.    Microastrology.com reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete portions of the Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of microastrology.com following any changes in the Terms indicates your acceptance of these changes.

16.    By agreeing with our Terms and Conditions, you fully declare and undertake with a sound mind without any undue force, pressure, influence or coercion on you, that you shall be fully bound by the terms of the website as also by the terms of the disclaimer. You further undertake that in case any dispute arises out of and relating to the non-performances of any obligations as a visitor of this Microastrology.com website or as a seeker or querist of opinion, advice or consultancy from the services of the Microastrology.com website or on account of non-payment of any dues in respect of the services rendered under this Agreement then the exclusive jurisdiction to file law suits against you, being the visitor or querist, shall be in the courts at New Delhi only.
